Kapil Seshasayee - "One Myna" out now

Kapil’s new single One Myna is out now, with production, engineering, mixing, drums and bits of keys by me. Flute by Diljeet Bhachu and mastered by Sam John at Precise Mastering.
The MO for this track was to place new emphasis on the live, 70s-inspired instrumental feel that began to creep through on Kapil’s latest studio album Laal, and really double down on the organic components.  My drum part is derived from a full live take and all other percussion and guitar overdubs were done with minimal punching-in and edits. It’s the most “naturalistic” record Kapil has put out so far, and I’m very much looking forward to exploring this sonic terrain further on his next release.
